Go for a tea! Put into the teapot and pour hot water. Wait 15 minutes, add honey and lemon juice. Great spring detox drink!
Or morning green smoothie? Banana, nettle, lemon juice, seeds (hemp, sunflower seeds), glass of water. Mix. Done.
It is also very nice in some meal. Use it instead of spinach. Cut it and add on the pan with eggs and onion. Fry just a while.
